Communion Dress Shopping

I am thinking about buying my niece her first holy, communion dress. I have been asked to be a big part of the ceremony which is fantastic and I would like to give something back in order to show my appreciation for that. I could give her a nice gift but I know that her parents do not have lots of money and I thought that if I paid for the dress then it would help them out and it would still be something that she could treasure and maybe pass on to her children to use. I have seen a lovely selection of first holy, communion dresses and lots that will suit her but I know that if they are happy for me to buy it, I will have to take her and probably her parents with me to buy it. I think that it will be fun and I just hope that they will not be offended by my offer but if I make it clear that I want it to be my special gift then I am sure that they will be happy with the idea and we will be able to go shopping for communion dresses soon.
